If you are not able to access library resources after purchasing a new phone, you will need to contact IT Services to have them reset your Microsoft Authenticator app. Once this is done, you should be able to authenticate and access online library resources. Contact information for ITS on each campus is below. The IT Services Help Desk is open Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-4:00 PM EST
