Typically, the library does not have any control over our campus textbook service. Administration has advised that students are often having access issues for two reasons:

The student already has an account and are required to use that login. Students may need to use the "forgot password" option to initiate a password change through email. Passwords do expire.

OR

The student has not yet created an account in Brytewave. Students will need to create an account with their @pennwest.edu email address. If students are unable to login using the temporary password sent to their email account, they will also be required to use the "forgot password" option to reset it through email.
